The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.
Responsibilities
- Lead software engineering teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Align technology goals with business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
- Oversee software project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Work with product management, operations, and compliance for seamless software integration.
- Communicate with executives, clients, and team members.
- Identify and mitigate software development risks.
- Ensure system regulatory and policy compliance.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software product development experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with modern web language/frameworks such as C# .NET (ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core), Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, RESTful API Development.
- 5+ years of Technical Lead/Project Lead experience.
- 5+ Years of Experience working in Finance/Banking domain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction at all levels.
- Proven track record of success managing development teams in high-functioning continuous delivery environment that supports outcomes for the business.
- Mastery of modern agile software methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and planning tools (e.g. JIRA).
- Solid understanding of modern API design patterns (REST, GraphQL, JSON, etc.).
- Strong system security experience in system vulnerability and end of life management.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SQL Server databases.
- Experience in communicating with user/clients, other technical team management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provides estimates and meets production deadlines.
