We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Associate to join the Services & Industrials team in our Birmingham, MI office as part of our 2025 Full Time Investment Banking Associate Program starting July 2025. Our associate position offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions. The associate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions. The associate is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare valuations and write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements.
- Prepare M&A analyses and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions.
- Structure and execute transactions.
- Function as a backup for relationships with important clients.

Requirements
- Investment Banking experience at the associate level or other relevant work experience.
- Prior work experience involving financial analysis or transaction execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop rapport with existing and potential clients.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees.
- MBA candidates with a May/June 2025 graduation date; December 2024 grads will also be considered.
