Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, SEO, etc.).
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance across all digital channels, providing reports and insights to the team.
  • Assist with the creation of engaging digital marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and website copy.
  • Explore, recommend and/or implement new digital marketing tools to automate tasks and amplify reach.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and lists.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.
  • Provide conference support, coordinating logistics as needed.
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Located in the New York City area with ability to work in the office 3 days/week.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in financial markets and technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for learning about new technologies in the workplace, including generative AI for marketing and communications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with on-page and off-page SEO techniques, keyword research, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and content scheduling platforms.
