About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager - Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for Flow, our AI-powered financial performance platform. In this role, you'll own messaging, positioning, and market education for our comprehensive AI RCM platform that goes beyond traditional revenue cycle management. This role reports to the AVP of PMM at Innovaccer and you'll work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive Flow's market adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research on AI RCM trends, competitive landscape, and healthcare CFO pain points around financial performance optimization
  • Create compelling messaging and positioning for Flow's AI agents, translating complex automation capabilities into clear value propositions around seamless cashflows and operational efficiency
  • Lead product launches for new AI agents across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end automation, including messaging, communications, sales enablement decks, and customer facing assets
  • Build customer-facing collaterals such as ROI calculators, agent comparison sheets, implementation guides, case studies, and competitive battle cards
  • Create content for healthcare conferences, AI symposiums, industry webinars, and Flow-specific events focused on financial performance transformation
  • Collaborate with demand generation and content marketing teams to create impactful campaigns that drive qualified pipeline for AI RCM solutions
  • Develop and deliver sales trainings on AI RCM positioning, competitive differentiation, and objection handling, including sales plays, product demos, and agent-specific resources
  • Partner with product management to influence the AI agent roadmap based on market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence from traditional RCM and AI-native players
  • Analyze marketing metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize go-to-market efforts for Flow's financial performance platform

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software
  • Healthcare industry knowledge and experience is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling stories
  • Proficiency in creating highly visually-appealing marketing assets such as pitch decks, brochures, and sales collateral
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decision-making and measure marketing impact
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Must be willing to overlap working hours with US Pacific Time Zone
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
