About the position

We are looking for an inquisitive and driven college student, actively enrolled in a Marketing degree program or related field that is interested in assisting with the transitions of sales and marketing tools as part of a large product portfolio rationalization project within the Product Marketing team. This individual will demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills along with high attention to detail and a strong desire to learn. This is a 10-week program beginning June 18, 2025, and ending August 27, 2025. This will be a part-time (up to 29 hours/week maximum) with the potential to go full-time in the future role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with standardizing, organizing, and enhancing PowerPoint presentations used throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure all sales presentation materials are visually appealing, on-brand, and relevant to the target audience.
  • Review Salesforce reports to identify outliers or information that needs updating.
  • Optimize campaign targeting by maintaining accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral to ensure all materials are rebranded, up-to-date, and readily available on the XiFin content hub.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to keep content relevant and aligned with sales messaging.
  • Organize assets within the XiFin content hub into categorized collections for easy accessibility.
  • Update classifications and tags to facilitate efficient content search and usage by the sales team.
  • Assist in maintaining reports, uploading advertising campaigns, and running analytics for Demandbase, XiFin's paid online digital and ABM platform.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize digital marketing strategies.
  • Compile, format, and distribute sales-related prospect documents, including direct mail and email campaigns, through HubSpot.
  • Review account-based data to identify engagement patterns and assist in establishing and tracking ABM success metrics.
  • Analyze reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and visibility into campaign performance and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or higher in Marketing or relevant discipline.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint) or Google for Work applications (Google Slides).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or Demandbase.
  • Ability to create presentations to tell a story or build a case for an argument.

Benefits

  • Hourly compensation of $20.00 for undergraduate students and $21.00 for graduate students.
