Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and guide the accounting team.
• Manage A/P and Payroll related accounting functions including payroll backup and reviews.
• Conduct quarterly tax calculations and manage personal leave and cash reconciliations for A/P and Payroll.
• Complete journal entries and prepare auditing/cost report/budget workpapers.
• Research and account for complex accounting transactions and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Accounting or Finance.
• Three (3) years of professional-level accounting, budgeting, or financial management experience; OR one (1) year of experience as a Bartlett Accountant II.
• Experience must include analysis, preparation, or evaluation of financial records and reports; cash management; financial auditing; financial planning; or accounting systems administration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience performing professional financial work in the Health Care Industry.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
