McPherson College is seeking a dynamic and student-centered professional to serve as our next Admissions Counselor & Marketing Liaison. This full-time, 12-month, exempt position reports to the Vice President for Enrollment & Student Success and full college benefits including a substantial retirement benefit after one year of employment as well as a full tuition remission after two years of employment. As the Admissions Counselor & Marketing Liaison, you will be a vital member of the admissions team, building relationships with prospective students and their families throughout their college search journey. You'll manage a recruitment portfolio of high school juniors and seniors across multiple recruiting cycles and play a key role in achieving both personal and team enrollment goals. In addition to student recruitment, you will contribute to the development of marketing content designed to engage prospective students across a variety of channels. You'll use the Slate CRM platform to build, execute, and track personalized communication plans that help students feel connected and informed every step of the way.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Prior experience in admissions or marketing at a small, private college or university is preferred.
  • Recent graduation from a similar institution is also preferred.
