Advanced AI Platform Product Manager

About the position

The product manager role is essential in guiding the AI Refinery product development lifecycle. This position requires a strategic and analytical mindset, an understanding of market trends, and a focus on customer satisfaction. As a product manager, you will manage AI Refinery products from concept to launch, addressing customer needs by establishing the appropriate strategy, roadmap, and feature definition. You will collaborate closely with Advanced Research teams and Engineering teams to build the AI Refinery product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall product roadmap
• Define and manage a comprehensive plan outlining direction, priorities, and progress of a product over time, including vision and strategy, articulating long-term goals and the strategic path to achieve them
• Identify opportunities to fill product gaps by monitoring the market landscape and listening to customer feedback
• Continuously innovate by encouraging creative thinking and fostering a culture of innovation within the product team
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, and the final product
• Grow market share and improve customer experience by crafting strategies that align with the AI Refinery and Accenture's long-term goals
• Support AI Refinery leadership in sales efforts and enable account teams to understand the value of AI Refinery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or related backgrounds
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with platform products

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, machine learning frameworks (e.g. Pytorch, TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing
• Master or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields
