Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Call Room Agent to join our Travel & Leisure In House Marketing team. This full-time position plays a key role in guest engagement and tour optimization. As a Call Room Agent, you will be responsible for making confirmation calls, phone bookings, lobby bookings, and capitalizing on priority owner bookings via lobby and phone.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily confirmation calls and save tours each morning if/when needed.
- Work in the chase room from start of shift until 12:00 PM daily.
- Transition to the lobby from 12:00 PM until the end of scheduled shift to see and book arrivals in rotation.
- Focus on assigned P1 arrival pre-call bookings, booking parking pass and misses off the chase list, and on-site lobby bookings.
- Follow up with pre-assigned P1 owners as designated by management.
- Meet or exceed conversion expectations as determined by weekly performance metrics.
- Support a positive guest experience while maximizing show rates and tour attendance.
Requirements
- Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
- Team player.
- Sales or marketing background a plus.
