Our Reseller Operations New Product Introduction (RO NPI) team is an integral part of the America's (AMR) Operations Team. We are looking for exceptional candidates with strong leadership capabilities, capable of leading in both strategic and tactical situations, and adept in handling both vertically and laterally in the organization. The candidate must be capable of developing and utilizing analytical models to evaluate complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive critical business decisions. The candidate will be responsible for building positive relationships with business partners both within and outside of our organization, demonstrating unyielding ownership and accountability, and using these strengths to influence the direction of the business in the function they support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-organizational teams to roll out new products, systems, and solutions to market while ensuring complete confidentiality.
  • Own new product/systems/tool launch plans, providing updates on critical checkpoints and elevating risks to business partners and executive team.
  • Present, defend, and influence supply chain capability and technology roadmap to Apple's senior executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop/Provide inputs to time dependency models for key milestones, building contingency plans and knowing when to recommend changes and/or when to escalate.
  • Evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact, including ad-hoc problem solving during unprecedented events.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities (tools, workstreams, systems) and drive solutions from conception through implementation.
  • Stitch across a global cross-functional teams throughout the supply chain, both technical and functional, adjusting communication and messaging for intended audience/stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate and explain complex business plans/processes, systems, and/or tools with a focus on the upstream/downstream impact and relationship between multiple functions and/or decisions.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gain perspective on scalability, risk, and unique regional differences; drive best practices globally and strengthen harmony among integrations.
  • Drive innovation opportunities within our supply chain aimed towards achieving Apple's Sustainability and eco-friendly goals of Carbon Neutrality throughout our supply chain by 2030.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership capabilities, capable of leading in both strategic and tactical situations.
  • Adept in handling both vertically and laterally in the organization.
  • Capable of developing and utilizing analytical models to evaluate complex data sets.
  • Ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive critical business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in building positive relationships with business partners.
  • Proficiency in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software development.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
