About the position

Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, from delivering ads to linear and digital audiences to pioneering the tech that makes it possible. We help brands connect with their audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and tech-savvy Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement, nurturing leads, and increasing customer retention. The ideal candidate has strong experience in email marketing strategy, email content creation, segmentation, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy for all automated email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Partner with Marketing Technology to build and optimize multi-step customer journeys.
  • Manage email creation, personalization, and dynamic content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Brand, Sales, and Content teams to align email marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between Lifecycle Marketing and Marketing Technology to stay up to date on the latest marketing automation technology, and make strategic recommendations for nurture flows based on our first-party data and a deep understanding of marketing automation capabilities.
  • Provide creative direction for email and landing page images and layouts in partnership with the Graphic Design Team.
  • Utilize first-party data, behavioral signals, and firmographic insights to recommend highly targeted audience segments.
  • Work with Marketing Technology to implement data-driven email segmentation strategies to enhance engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Monitor key email marketing metrics (open rates, CTR, bounce rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates) pulled by Marketing Technology.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, content, and send times to improve performance.
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email marketing regulations.
  • Stay up to date with B2B email marketing trends, AI-driven personalization, and automation advancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation in a B2B environment.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Marketo experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder is a plus.
  • Proficiency in email segmentation, lead nurturing, and personalization strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
