Appointment Setter/In-Store Marketing

About the position

We are looking for motivated and talented appointment setters to join our team. This role involves engaging customers in conversation and encouraging them to take advantage of a free in-home consultation for our quality home-improvement products and services. Positions are located in high traffic retail locations, and we offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible hours. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. This is a 1099 position, and we are seeking outgoing, high-energy individuals with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers who are shopping in the store as they pass by the Kiosk
• Discuss services/products including Kitchens & Bathrooms
• Establish rapport with members
• Offer Free In-Home Consultation, Estimates
• Schedule an in-home consultation with the potential customer

Requirements

• Sales Experience a plus
• Outgoing Personality-MANDATORY!
• Must be comfortable walking up to customers and engaging them in conversation
• Must be able to work Saturday & Sunday
