About the position

Join our team as Area Marketing Manager and become one of the authors of our story. This role is crucial to the success of our hotels as we continue to elevate our marketing efforts in the mountain region. The role requires a foundational understanding of a luxury aesthetic, with a strong focus on storytelling, digital marketing, and social media. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and be a self-motivated team player who’s creative, innovative, and willing to take initiative in implementing the latest thinking in marketing, social media, and partnerships. This role will support the following properties: Hotel Jerome, Auberge Resorts Collection and Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection.

Responsibilities

  • Lead social media planning and execution, developing platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to drive engagement, awareness, and brand equity.
  • Create, curate, and publish content with an emphasis on storytelling, brand pillars, and seasonal experiences.
  • Execute and evolve the property's integrated marketing plan in alignment with the Auberge brand and local market strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing to support partnership marketing, sponsorship activations, and property-led events.
  • Oversee property websites and the creation and deployment of brand-aligned email campaigns with attention to cadence, segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Lead execution and communication for all on-site photoshoots, events, and activations.
  • Support PR efforts in collaboration with the Area Director and agency partners by identifying media opportunities, coordinating press visits, and supporting press release development.
  • Assist in managing influencer and content creator collaborations to amplify brand reach while ensuring guest experience integrity.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or related industry.
  • Deep understanding of brand marketing, digital strategy, and social media.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Proficiency in content platforms (Sprout, CMS tools), Canva, and Google Analytics.
