About the position

This role is a key component in the new client acquisition and direct revenue targets for a key territory at Greater Giving. The Area Marketing Manager is responsible for conducting presentations for clients upgrading to new packages or interested in adding new products. In this role you are responsible for the sales pipeline management for existing client upgrades and upsells, including creating docusigns and Know Your Customer documentation for over 20 clients a month. Additionally, the AMR manages the incoming leads for the Sr. Area Marketing Manager in this territory, qualifying and nurturing leads and setting qualified appts. for the Sr. AMM. The AMR contributes to all docusings, KYC information and documentation for new incoming clients. The AMR contributes to planning and execution of in territory 'lunch and learns' and seminars. Additionally, the AMR participates in the recruitment of new territory partners (auctioneers and event planners) as well as continuous communication with current partners to help facilitate referrals in both directions.
