A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Services 203 Pay Range: $17.35 - $25.19 Job Description Assessment Operations Specialist You will help students overcome technical challenges so they can successfully complete their assessments. In this role, you support students with troubleshooting, system navigation, and clear guidance, always maintaining a student‑centered approach. Requirements

  • Ability to learn and navigate different technological platforms
  • Proficient use of personal computers and standard software including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills with a professional, student‑focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and incorporate feedback from coaching and supervision
  • Ability to follow defined standards and procedures to meet daily objectives
  • Ability to stay current with updates in rapidly changing systems and tools; willingness to learn and grow

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field

Responsibilities

  • Assist students in resolving technical issues related to assessment platforms, tools, and systems, ensuring timely and effective solutions
  • Provide step‑by‑step guidance to students on accessing and using assessment systems and address common technical challenges
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about assessments, including scheduling, policies, and procedures
  • Document support cases thoroughly and accurately in required systems and tools
  • Escalate complex technical issues to supervisors or technical support when needed
  • Share student feedback, recurring issues, and trends to support process improvements
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and stay current on system updates and best practices
