Responsibilities

  • Submit claims to Collection Societies (e.g. ASCAP, BMI) and sub-publishers, ensuring our clients’ catalogue is accurately represented in global databases.
  • Register new works and agreements, delivering accurate metadata to partners worldwide.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Creative, Admin, Legal) to verify song details and resolve registration issues.
  • Communicate with external parties where needed to gather data and clarify discrepancies.
  • Support ongoing process improvements by contributing ideas for automation, efficiency, or improved accuracy.
  • Ensure all data entry and registration tracking is consistent, up-to-date, and audit-ready.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data.
  • Experience using Excel and confidence working with spreadsheets and large datasets.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A proactive mindset—you take initiative, solve problems, and follow through.
  • A genuine interest in music publishing and copyright.
  • Comfort working across international teams and time zones.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in music publishing, rights administration, or music licensing.
  • Understanding of copyright databases and industry systems (e.g. ASCAP, BMI, PRS, CISAC).
  • Familiarity with global repertoire registration practices.
  • Curiosity about automation or process optimization.
