Help us grow! Your Impact As the Assistant Manager, you're the captain of the floor! Keeping the energy high, the service smooth, and the vibe unmistakably Ian's. You'll work with the GM to make sure the crew has the training, tools, and support they need to crush every shift. You're the lead trainer for Front of House: training staff in all aspects of the job, demonstrating how to give knockout customer service, giving helpful feedback, and running regular staff reviews. There's also the behind-the-scenes restaurant work: manager meetings, responding to messages, tackling special projects, and working with leadership to make the store run like a well-oiled machine. What You'll Bring to the Manager Team 1+ years of experience as a Supervisor or Shift Leader in the food and beverage industry. Experience working directly with customers is required. Must complete a food safety certification course within 6 months. Ability to stand and walk for long periods. To bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. To use ovens, knives, and other equipment of the business. Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant locations for a variety of shift times, including mornings, afternoons, and nights. Scheduling Working 35-40 hours per week, you'll split your time between 30-35 hours on the floor and 5-10 hours handling the behind-the-scenes magic like projects, admin tasks, and meetings. Your schedule will drop 4 weeks at a time so you can plan your life and your pizza intake accordingly! The action happens on evenings and weekends! So, we'll need you in the mix. Requirements

1+ years of experience as a Supervisor or Shift Leader in the food and beverage industry
Experience working directly with customers is required
