About the position

The Assistant Store Leader position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location. This includes hiring, training, and scheduling of 20-60 coworkers, ensuring food safety, managing ordering and inventory control, handling P&Ls, and maintaining cleanliness and stocking of the store. The role is crucial in creating a positive work environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.
