The Marketing Department at the University of North Carolina Wilmington invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor beginning Fall 2026. The primary teaching responsibilities for this position include undergraduate and graduate level courses in marketing research, marketing analytics, and digital marketing analytics. The candidate is also expected to conduct scholarly research activities that result in high-quality, peer-reviewed publications and to provide service to advance the mission of the department, school, university, and academy. A research-active faculty should expect to maintain a 3/2 teaching load. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of marketing professionals by envisioning new programs and embracing a growth mindset.
