About the position

Travelpro Luggage Outlet is a leading seller of high quality Travelpro branded luggage, travel bags and accessories. Our Assistant Store Manager's primary job is to do whatever it takes to create an amazing shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with and educate customers to help them make the best choices for their travel needs
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
  • Assume leadership of the store in the absence of the store manager
  • Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain an inviting store environment
  • Complete all job responsibilities such as restocking the sales floor, ringing customers, etc. as directed
  • Work together with the team to make a great environment for our customers and for each other
  • Follow our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability and inclusivity

Requirements

  • Outgoing and excited to meet and assist new people
  • Positive, energetic and have a 'Can-Do' attitude
  • Enjoy learning about new travel trends and innovative new products
