Job Summary
To engage in required academic advisement to students.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Reports to a Chair or other higher-level administrator.
* Responsible for teaching, research/creative works, service and related administrative activities.
* Responsible for academic advising.
* May represent the university, college/school, or department/unit on university
Qualifications
Minimum:
* The individual shall possess the appropriate terminal degree in his/her teaching or research area from a regionally accredited university of higher education. The individual shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of teaching experience at a regionally accredited institution of higher education and documentation of a substantial body of research/creative works to support instruction and add to the body of knowledge in the specific area of appointment.
* (ABD considered)
Preferred:
* An earned Doctorate in Business with a major in Marketing. Evidence of grant writing research, and teaching at the college/university level is a plus.
