About the position

Crocs, Inc. is a world leader in innovative, casual footwear, known for its iconic Classic Clog. The company has sold over 600 million pairs in more than 90 countries since 2002, achieving a global leadership position in the casual footwear category by combining style, comfort, and value. Crocs is seeking an Associate Creative Designer, GTM to join its Global Creative Studio. This role involves supporting Brand and Product GTM campaigns by creating and concepting 360 marketing campaigns, including digital and out-of-home activations, as well as large-scale production planning and execution. The Associate Creative Designer will collaborate closely with Senior Creative Designers to fulfill asset creation for various channels and lead their own projects from concept to asset build-out.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in high-level strategic thinking for both digital and print mediums.
  • Develop innovative visual designs across all customer touchpoints, from concept to production, encompassing both digital and print mediums.
  • Collaborate with Senior Design Leads in asset production.
  • Ensure designs adhere to brand standards while continuously exploring creative boundaries.
  • Manage multiple concurrent design projects simultaneously.
  • Create multiple assets for a given campaign, including onsite, email, landing pages, display ads, paid media, and print pieces such as packaging.
  • Maintain exceptionally high design standards and effectively manage work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Deliver files efficiently, promptly, and within approved deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and be receptive to coaching.
  • Support brand initiatives diligently, regardless of scope.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar degree (ie: Digital Design, Web Design).
  • 1 - 2 years related experience in Digital & Print Design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience creating GIFs and micro animations.
  • Takes initiative, is comfortable being assertive, and is self-motivated.
  • Must be flexible and able to accept necessary critique and feedback.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to quickly switch gears in order to keep up with feedback and shifting priorities is critical.
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groups in a congenial and friendly way. Tactfulness is a must.
  • Must be a willing communicator and collaborator that enjoys the exchange of ideas.
  • Flexible in availability during off-hours to support product launch needs as needed.
