About the position

The position involves providing analytical support to the Sales & Marketing function of a growing commercial organization with three approved products and a portfolio of pipeline product candidates. The primary analytical business partner for LYBALVI Marketing will provide analytical support to psychiatry sales leadership. The role requires collaboration with various departments including Commercial Data Management, Market Access Analytics, Enterprise Analytics, Market Research & Competitive Intelligence, Commercial Operations & Effectiveness, IT, Finance, Program Management, and Compliance to develop cross-functional solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying business questions and knowledge gaps, tracking market performance and product launches, quantifying treatment provider landscapes, developing brand performance analytics, and evaluating marketing effectiveness. The position also involves determining necessary data sources, understanding key brand dynamics, providing strategic consulting to stakeholders, managing vendors, and mentoring analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Providing analytical support to the Sales & Marketing function.
  • Acting as the primary analytical business partner for LYBALVI Marketing.
  • Collaborating with various departments for cross-functional solutions.
  • Identifying key business questions and knowledge gaps.
  • Tracking performance of markets and product launches.
  • Quantifying treatment provider landscapes and segments.
  • Developing brand performance analytics and metrics.
  • Evaluating effectiveness of marketing and field efforts.
  • Determining required data sources to address business questions.
  • Adding depth to insights by understanding key brand commercial dynamics.
  • Providing ongoing strategic consulting to internal stakeholders.
  • Managing vendors and data sources used for analyses.
  • Mentoring and supporting the development of analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
  • Six (6) years of experience with analytics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions, Veeva or Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA or Symphony Health.
  • Experience with specialty pharmacy reported data including referral status and dispense.
  • Four (4) years of analytics experience in the biopharma industry.
  • Two (2) years of neuroscience product experience.
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or similar BI tool.
