We are seeking an Associate Director of Technology Product Management to lead a dynamic team of Technical Product Managers. This role is pivotal in defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions.
- Manage product teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Lead and mentor product management teams.
- Conduct market research, user testing, and gather customer feedback.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product features.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in product management within a technology-driven environment.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role managing product teams.
- Significant experience in product management, particularly within the digital commerce space.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, and digital architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Nice-to-haves
- An advanced degree such as an MBA.
- PMC-VI or equivalent product certifications.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online retail.
- Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Proficiency with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
