About the position

As part of LAC Marketing Services, this team is responsible for driving strategic focus, operational excellence, and performance visibility. We ensure the organization runs efficiently, scales effectively, and stays aligned with its priorities through smart planning, strong processes, and actionable insights. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Associate Analyst to own reporting, scorecard development, and performance insights across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role is critical in enabling our organization to measure impact, optimize operations, and make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will transform business data into actionable insights that fuel growth for Visa and our clients. The position location is Miami, FL. Given the regional nature of the role, flexibility to accommodate meetings across many time zones is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of the Marketing Services Scorecard to track performance across teams, markets, and strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
  • Own and improve dashboards and reporting suites, including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports, to track business health metrics and highlight key trends, outliers, and opportunities.
  • Partner with regional and functional teams to understand business needs and ensure the delivery of tailored data insights and dashboards.
  • Support the tracking, reporting, and management of OKRs for LAC Marketing Services.
  • Clean, organize, and structure large data sets from various sources.
  • Support business reviews and strategic meetings, such as QBRs and MBRs, with executive-ready visual data summaries and story-driven insights.
  • Translate data into business insights by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a strong plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 or more years of work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
  • Experience with scorecard frameworks and strategic KPI alignment.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and comfort working with large, complex data sets.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, or consulting environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of translating data into business language.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders across time zones.
