About the position

The Associate Marketing Client Services Manager is responsible for providing support to assigned Marketing Account Manager (MAM) or Marketing Client Services Manager (MCSM) in the planning, development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans or programs. You may manage and own a portion of the overall marketing plan, assist marketing managers with ROI reporting, act as the focal point for project material coordination by interfacing with clients and/or internally, gathering necessary materials and developing tracking tools. You will assist the AM/CS in updating budgets and forecasts. Ensure adequate flow of information with various internal groups and/or with clients. Develop an understanding of Ingram Micro reseller customer base for effective planning and execution of activities and events.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant additional experience in related field.
  • 2 ½ to 4 years related industry experience.
  • Knowledge of technology products and distribution channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and solve problems.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate information effectively.
  • Ability to identify priorities and plan accordingly.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and vendors.
