About the position

As an Associate Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the global marketing strategy for S&P Global Market Intelligence's Data, Valuations, & Risk (DVR) Analytics portfolio. This senior position requires an independent, results-driven leader who can collaborate across teams to drive commercial outcomes through strategic marketing investments. You will develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business priorities, ensuring a client-centric approach tailored to global and regional market nuances. You will own end-to-end campaign execution, serve as a key liaison between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, and champion innovation by leveraging new technologies and data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution from strategy and budget allocation to measurement and reporting.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Champion innovation by leveraging new technologies and AI-assisted marketing tools.
  • Commit to ongoing learning to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop the annual marketing plan and budget.
  • Apply a global mindset while tailoring programs to regional needs.
  • Lead integrated product marketing campaigns.
  • Craft high-impact marketing communications adhering to legal, compliance and brand guidelines.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM analytics to measure performance.
  • Partner with Sales to drive timely lead processing.
  • Develop sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with the Global Events team to identify and assess event opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in financial services or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to operate independently while influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop impactful campaigns, manage budgets, and cross-functional projects.
  • Analyze data and report on marketing-driven commercial results.
  • Expertise in digital, social, and event marketing channels.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable, thrives in fast-paced environments, and embraces change.
