In this role, you will be responsible for performing business analysis, leading breakthrough commercial innovation, supporting business health, and contributing to a positive team culture that embraces IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship).

Responsibilities

  • Performing business analysis: Leverage syndicated data (Circana) and custom research to drive understanding of business health and provide recommendations to strengthen the brand's go-to-market.
  • Lead breakthrough commercial innovation: Coordinate package and product improvements that enhance the brand.
  • Support business health: manage A&SP and packaging budgets for the BU marketing team.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture: support a purpose-driven culture that embraces IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a professional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of CPG brand management or related field preferred.
  • MBA or Masters a plus.
