This role leads the execution, analysis and optimization of paid media campaigns to support Advance Auto Parts and its products and services.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution, monitoring and measurement of paid social and display media marketing campaigns supporting vendor funding
Develop original content for paid media campaigns in partnership with external agency partners, internal creative team, Product Marketing Managers, vendors and more
Partner with Product Marketing Managers on media plan development, creative production and reporting needs
Serve as daily contact and relationship steward of external agency partners
Ensure paid social and display media campaign implementation follows organizational and creative guidelines
Develop standardized paid media campaign tier packages for reporting, communications and recommendations by budget level
Make informed decisions on vendor paid media campaigns based on past campaign performance
Stay informed of changing paid media landscape, legal requirements and best practices to inform campaigns
Drive awareness and distinction for the Advance brand, its subsidiaries and its resources
Manage budget tracker and communications with finance partners of vendor funded campaigns
Monitor competitor and relevant industry companies paid media efforts
Identify gaps and opportunities to streamline, document or otherwise improve the vendor paid media campaign process, specific to paid social and display
Establish expectations and priorities for vendor paid media campaigns within given resources - time, budget, bandwidth
Assist with overarching content creation for the AAP brand overall, as needed
Grow in understanding of business performance, key indicators and product recommendations for paid media campaign effectiveness
Requirements
Have a minimum of 4 years of corporate social media or advertising experience for a large brand
Hold a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; or commiserate experience
