This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office. We are looking for an Associate, Marketing Operations to join our growing team and support the execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of our marketing campaigns. This individual will have hands-on experience in marketing automation (Marketo) and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign development process including program template creation, email and landing page development, audience build, testing, deployment and analysis.
  • Design and implement email marketing strategies aligned with standard methodologies, focusing on segmentation, A/B testing, personalization and engagement.
  • Work closely with collaborators to clarify and complete marketing requests.
  • Maintain database accuracy, integrity and compliance ensuring data is current and properly structured for segmentation and targeting.
  • Perform audits and data hygiene processes to remove duplicates and ensure data consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality or integration issues, ensuring adherence to data governance.
  • Generate regular reports to track key performance metrics, ensuring collaborators have accurate, real-time insights.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with cross functional teams within Marketing including digital, events, design and content to align on campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Work with Investor Relations organization to coordinate and manage email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance for review and approval of email campaigns.
  • Proactively find opportunities for process optimization and implement standard methodologies for scaling campaigns and improving efficiency.
  • Stay up to date on marketing operations standard methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, automation and analytics.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively across departments and teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in database management and data hygiene standard methodologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
