Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of social and interactive marketing strategies as part of the integrated marketing plan.
  • Manage the day-to-day social media content calendar; lead monthly planning meetings to review upcoming posts and gather input from key teams.
  • Create and publish weekly content for social platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and seasonal priorities.
  • Help grow and engage the brand’s community across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook, with a focus on building awareness and advocacy.
  • Regularly appear on camera to create original content across social channels—including styling videos, trend commentary, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Serve as an on-screen brand ambassador, bringing the Hervé Léger voice and personality to life through social-first video content.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in real time, escalating issues when needed and fostering a positive brand presence.
  • Maintain a consistent and on-brand voice across all social channels.
  • Coordinate product seeding and sample requests in partnership with the external PR agency.
  • Assist in managing photo shoots, including booking talent, tracking budgets, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Work closely with internal teams and the brand’s IP owner to organize seasonal marketing assets and maintain image libraries.
  • Support seasonal gifting programs and help manage the Shop My account for influencer partnerships.
  • Maintain marketing tracking documents, seasonal recap reports, and team collateral.
  • Help compile presentations and recap decks for internal use and brand updates.
  • Track timelines and help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Attend and contribute to marketing and cross-functional team meetings.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support for the marketing department.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle marketing. No entry level candidates.
  • Previous internship or hands-on experience in social media, brand marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for brand voice and storytelling.
  • A digitally savvy mindset with fluency in social media platforms and emerging digital trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate needs and identify opportunities.
  • A data-informed approach and the ability to pivot tactics based on performance insight.
  • Comfortable being on camera for social content when needed, with a confident, brand-right presence.
