About the position
CADCA seeks a creative, tech-savvy Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Alexandria, VA. As the premier prevention association, CADCA equips over 7,000 coalitions across the United States and 28+ countries with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to create positive change. We believe in the power of local coalitions to combat substance misuse through comprehensive community strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), maintain content calendars, and track performance
- Build email marketing campaigns using Informz, develop templates, and analyze results
- Create visuals for digital and print materials, including fact sheets, infographics, and social media assets
- Support Google Ad campaigns and track performance metrics
- Update website content, develop landing pages, and implement SEO best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing and communications experience (public health background a plus)
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with email platforms, social media management tools, and CMS platforms
- Understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, and basic PPC concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
