Responsibilities
- Function as a subject matter expert for core teams, sales, and regions
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business strategic goals and objectives
- Create promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate interest among potential customers
- Conduct market research, as needed, to inform assessment of global market opportunities, product concepts, design iterations, and clinical and economic value propositions
- Utilize data analytics to formulate and adapt key commercial strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to align product strategies across all aspects of the organization
- Analyze customer feedback and data on product usage to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Build out global launch and commercialization plans to support downstream launch excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in engineering or product management, or a related discipline; candidates will preferably have experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
