About the position

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. The position involves managing the calendar for Merch, Design, Planning, and Omni-Merch functions. Responsibilities include owning and maintaining Linear product development milestones and 6-month view calendars, scheduling all product development milestone meetings, and partnering with the Merch/Design Ops lead to plan milestone timing at calendar creation touchpoints. The role also includes maintaining chase design touchpoints, owning OPM and Product Messaging calendar meetings, and influencing travel timing for key group trips in partnership with Brand Leads, admins, and the Merch/Design Ops lead around milestones. Additionally, the position determines ownership of Team and Leads meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar POC for Merch, Design, Planning + Omni-Merch functions
  • Own and maintain Linear product development milestones and 6-month view calendars
  • Schedule all product development milestone meetings
  • Partner with Merch / Design Ops lead to plan milestone timing at calendar creation touchpoints
  • Maintain chase design touchpoints
  • Own OPM and Product Messaging calendar meetings
  • Maintain invitees on product milestone and product standing meetings
  • Influence travel timing for key group trips, in partnership with Brand Leads, admins and Merch / Design Ops lead around milestones
  • Determine ownership of Team and Leads meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
  • 2-5 years of work experience in related field
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional calendar and time management skills
  • Strong decision making and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines calmly in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Proper presentation, development and editing skills
  • Effective analytical, listening and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated – ability to work independently
