About the position
abra R&D is looking for a Automation Engineer to join our QA Automation team! Take part in developing and maintaining automation infrastructure in a meaningful and dynamic work environment. You’ll work on large-scale, critical systems alongside a skilled, collaborative team, with continuous development and integration of new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Automation development using Java or C# to support and extend automation tools
- Building and maintaining web-based tools for test management and execution
- Writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries
- Collaborating with QA engineers and developers in an Agile environment
- Improving automation frameworks and processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing complex code in Java or C#
- 3+ years of experience with Object-Oriented Programming
- 1+ year of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries)
- Fast learner, independent, and a strong team player
- Excellent communication skills and high-level English
- Willingness to work under pressure and beyond standard hours if needed
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Selenium or QTP
- Familiarity with Web APIs
- Background in financial or enterprise systems
