Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all deal-related paperwork and contracts.
  • Verify documents for signatures, completeness, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Post new and used deals, including wholesales, purchases, and trades, to the general ledger.
  • Reconcile accounting schedules and resolve discrepancies with store-level teams and leadership.
  • Prepare trade-in loan payoffs, file finalized deals, and track outstanding deals weekly.
  • Obtain and submit required government forms and maintain organized records.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues, maintain accuracy, and uphold company policies.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

  • Flexible Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM or 7:00AM-4:00PM
