Responsibilities

  • Assisting with SEO strategy, reporting, and demand generation tasks to optimize brand visibility
  • Building emails in Marketo for marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with content updates like blogs, whitepapers, case studies, etc.
  • Creating content in Canva, including graphics for marketing initiatives
  • Supporting video editing using beginner-friendly tools
  • Managing email inboxes, organizing communication and responding to inquiries
  • Conducting marketing research projects to support strategic decision-making
  • Helping with short-form video creation for campaigns and brand storytelling
  • Handling invoice coding and processing, including gift card purchasing for campaigns
  • Assisting with special projects and administrative marketing tasks as needed

Requirements

  • You must be enrolled in a degreed program (i.e. Bachelor's, Master's, etc) *Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred*
  • We will accept applicants graduating from their degree in Spring 2025
  • Recent graduates within the last 6 months will be considered
  • Quick learner with a passion for marketing and brand experience
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, or campaign execution
  • Familiarity with Canva, video editing tools, or email marketing platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, or similar tools preferred
