Ralph Lauren is a global, luxury lifestyle brand that services nearly all categories: apparel, footwear, accessories, home, and hospitality. To maximize the lifestyle potential of the brand, this position will support Hospitality Creative & Marketing, driving synergies across brand and regions. The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the strategic execution of Ralph Lauren NA marketing initiatives and activations with a hospitality focus. This role is responsible for fostering productive cross-functional relationships with internal partners that help build and execute national marketing campaigns with a goal to generate revenue and drive traffic. Hospitality activations will need to be seamlessly executed with continuity and will involve travel in order to be present at all activations; including but not limited to weekends. Additionally, this role will be responsible for identifying local talent/caterers to work closely with from inception to execution; things such as menu development, uniform distribution, serviceware selection, and day-to-day operations must all be well organized and thought out, in addition to overseeing daily operations of each event/activation. The Hospitality Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing and distributing a monthly calendar to ensure the Hospitality Team is aware of all Marketing activations that will include Hospitality, creating high-level PowerPoint presentations, and recaps of all activations. In addition to events and activations, this role will include administrative work and high-leveled organization. Teamwork, leadership, process, relationship management and effective communication, as well as attention to detail and a hands-on approach, are critical aspects of this position's responsibilities.
