As part of our Marketing Team, the Brand Marketing Manager is a self-motivated and ambitious individual, with experience in the consumer goods space. This individual should be hungry to advance their marketing career with us. Oishii creates some of the best brand creative in the start-up space and we are looking for a media savvy individual who can help deploy this creative in a hands-on and creative way to make an immediate impact. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, you have the opportunity to help shape and scale a growing brand while building on your experience in media planning, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of integrated media campaigns across a variety of channels, helping plan, execute, and optimize paid media efforts, both directly and with digital paid media agency.
  • Media channels/responsibilities for deployment including but are not limited to: Digital advertising (Meta, Google, Youtube, TikTok, etc.), Shopper/retailer media (Criteo, Instacart, retailer-specific platforms, etc.), Traditional media (print, digital publishing, Out of Home, etc.).
  • Support the Sr Marketing Director on project management of strategic brand campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth for the company.
  • Analyze and prioritize creative in paid media using AB testing to help inform creative briefs and what creative is working well.
  • Report out to the creative director and other internal stakeholders informing the team on 'what works' and 'what doesn't work' to continuously improve KPIs.
  • Influence the creative process with your owned channel needs and results.
  • Develop and report KPIs, analyzing them to generate insights and recommend changes to current media strategy and plans.
  • Collaborate with our sales and field marketing colleagues to support specific retailer and/or regional initiatives, as business needs see fit.
  • Be open to new responsibilities and management of incremental activities as opportunities arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related degrees. MBA preferred but not required.
  • Experience in consumer goods marketing, preferably consumer packaged goods food.
  • 6-8 years post undergrad (can be inclusive of MBA) with experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related field at a 'brand-forward' consumer company.
  • Clear experience launching or supporting the launch of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Hands on experience managing digital advertising and/or performance marketing - directly or via an agency.
  • Proficient and efficient in deployment of Meta, Youtube, and TikTok content for paid marketing.
  • Experience managing an agency and/or freelancers - including briefing, managing timelines and measuring performance and handling invoice oversight.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in Excel/Google sheets, have strong analytical skills, and comfortable with numbers; able to confidently translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in reporting & analyzing marketing metrics and making decisions based on data.
  • Created or managed data dashboards. Ability to identify and interpret key metrics for owned/paid media platforms & tactics.
  • Shopper marketing experience - familiar with types of retail network marketing and comfort executing in this space.
  • Exposure to traditional media planning directly with media owners and publishers, eg OOH and print.
  • Well versed in communication and planning tools like Slack, Google Suite, and Asana.
  • Experience managing a budget.
