Clyde Companies is seeking a disciplined and talented Brand Manager to support the development, implementation and execution of strategic marketing plans. The Brand Manager will oversee and execute marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns for Clyde Companies and its subsidiaries to meet business objectives and drive overall growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for assigned subsidiary.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned subsidiary and other clients to understand needs and propose marketing initiatives aligning with company's annual strategic plans.
  • Manage the development, creation and execution all marketing needs including social media, swag, marketing campaigns, events and other marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Maintain open communication about progress and results for marketing initiatives.
  • Project manage all marketing initiatives for assigned subsidiary, ensuring collaborators and key contributors meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks.
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve marketing and exposure.
  • Present post-campaign reports to clients, including data-driven insights and recommendations for strategy improvement.
  • Cooperate with other departments to define marketing campaign plans and ensure they align with the desired outcomes.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify target audiences and uncover the opportunities for marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the subsidiaries and other departments to produce holistic marketing strategies that align with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years on a marketing team, managing projects.
  • BS in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or similar field.
  • Working knowledge and competence in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Creative thinker with both strategic and tactical marketing communications experience.
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills, with a strong proficiency in editing and grammar.
  • On-top of the latest trends and technology in marketing.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong drive and desire to proactively reach out and connect with stakeholders.
  • Able to be a high performer with little management oversight.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and resourceful on demand. Able to react well under pressure.
