About the position

The position involves executing brand and product marketing strategies, which include market research and analyses, preparing marketing materials, and evaluating marketing budgets for assigned products or business entities. Responsibilities

  • Executes brand and product marketing strategies involving market research and analyses.
  • Prepares marketing materials and evaluates marketing budgets for assigned products.
  • Assists in preparing business plans, feasibilities, roadmaps, and reports for management review.
  • Drives revenue, profitability, and business growth as measured by active, new, and restart users.
  • Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives.
  • Performs project management activities that commercialize the product.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to execute approved plans/projects.
  • Aligns cross-functional teams around approved plans/projects.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of new product development.
  • Assists with Executive Stand-up Meeting presentation and follow-up.
  • Provides monthly business reports covering performance versus forecast.
  • Mentors and trains other team members.
  • Develops and implements brand marketing plans and activities.
  • Launches and manages campaigns across various channels.
  • Maintains brand messaging and claims document.
  • Increases marketing communication effectiveness and minimizes acquisition costs.
  • Develops customer-facing content and digital journeys.
  • Executes activity plans to drive awareness, engagement, and purchases.
  • Functions as a subject matter expert on products and services.
  • Serves as a technical adviser by demonstrating products and troubleshooting issues.
  • Manages product roadmap and assists in development of stage gate proposals.
  • Assists in the development and launch of new products.
  • Sustains the development of existing products.
  • Works closely with product development teams to align product features with brand values.
  • Manages and prioritizes incoming product concepts and initiatives.
  • Prepares monthly/quarterly and annual forecast models.
  • Oversees planning and execution of brand events.
  • Conducts competitive product analysis and market research.
  • Applies consumer insights to develop brand identity approaches.
  • Gathers and analyzes consumer feedback for brand strategies.
  • Tracks competitor activities and market trends.
  • Monitors and tracks marketing expenses.
  • Tracks and reports on projected and realized ROI for new products.
  • Determines profitability and viability of new products.
  • Supports quarterly and annual forecasting exercises.
  • Prepares reports on brand performance metrics.
  • Analyzes data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Performs strategic reviews related to brand strategy and product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of related experience.
  • Experience supporting software product initiatives.
  • Previous management level experience preferred.
  • Prior science/technical, medical device, healthcare/dental background preferred.
