About the position

The primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region. Responsibilities also include overseeing projects, performing technical report reviews, preparing and reviewing proposals, and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions. Additional responsibilities may include leading and coaching junior staff members, performing responsibilities at the regional level, mentoring Facilities Associate Principals, and participating in the review committee for candidates who seek Associate Principal designation (Facilities).

Responsibilities

• Providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region.
• Overseeing projects.
• Performing technical report reviews.
• Preparing and reviewing proposals.
• Business development and assisting other staff in marketing services.
• Maintaining and developing client interactions.
• Leading and coaching junior staff members.
• Performing responsibilities at the regional level.
• Mentoring Facilities Associate Principals.
• Participating in the review committee for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
• For Professionals with specialized Master-level certification, any Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related is acceptable.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP). Certification must remain active.
• 12+ years of relevant professional related experience.
• Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm required.
