Business Analyst I - Intern

About the position

Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) is a global technology solutions provider dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients in the Hyundai Motor family. We specialize in providing comprehensive IT solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses across various industries in North America. The Business Analyst I - Intern will perform thorough analysis of current Dealer Application related to Parts only, analyze the current Dealer system for Part Number changes, and document the findings. The intern will directly work with the mentor to ensure alignment with HAEA’s documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requests to determine if change to UI screens is necessary, for Part numbers.
• Work with mentors on a day-to-day basis to answer any system questions or concerns they may have.
• At the end of the internship program, interns developed documentation should be ready for SSG sign offs.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Applications of basic cloud skills like Azure and AWS on the job.
• Good knowledge of current IAM and SSO Services like Azure AD B2C, AWS Cognito, Okta, OAuth 2.0, AuthZ or AuthN.
