About the position

S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC) is seeking a rare breed of Business Development Manager to join our mission in a true partner-like capacity. We are transforming the real estate landscape by making it possible for everyday families to own Class-A multifamily properties, building passive income and generational wealth. This is not a traditional sales role. Your mission is not to 'close deals.' Your expertise is in sparking curiosity. You are an architect of intrigue, a master of the compelling invitation. Your role is to identify individuals interested in a life-changing financial opportunity and invite them to an executive presentation. Our senior team handles the rest. This is a 100% commission (W-2) partnership for proven connectors and self-starters. The demands are high, but the rewards—both financial and personal—are extraordinary.

Responsibilities

  • Identify individuals interested in financial opportunities and invite them to executive presentations.
  • Build rapport and intrigue with potential clients.
  • Generate leads and presentations for the senior team to handle.
  • Achieve ambitious performance metrics to qualify for promotions.
