Responsibilities
- Lead and manage TDC's Business Strategy & Solutions (BSS) team
- Run and continuously improve TDC's business operations
- Actively shape and reinforce TDC's culture and ethos
- Provide strategic development and operational support to TDC extended leadership team
- Facilitate the creation of key strategic and operational updates needed by leadership
- Drive planning processes and collaboratively produce key planning deliverables
- Provide program, project, and Agile leadership and support
- Enable and operationalize organizational change management across multiple programs
Requirements
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Business Performance experience; OR
- Associate's degree and 8 years of Business Performance experience; Or
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Business Performance experience; Or
- Master's degree and 2 years of Business Performance experience; Or
- Doctorate degree
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required
- Agile certifications is a plus (product owner, scrum master, Scrum, Scaled Agile)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prosci (change management) certification is a plus
- Collaborative, problem-solver mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Proven experience in business operations, program management, or strategy within biopharma, biotech, or high-tech manufacturing
- Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets
- Hands-on experience with organizational change management and digital adoption programs
- Proficiency with project/program management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
- Exceptional communicator and stakeholder manager-comfortable presenting to senior leadership
