This is a PRN (as needed) position covering for vacations, leaves of absences, etc. The hours are day and evening shifts - 6:30am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-10:30pm. The role involves answering incoming calls and performing triage of inquiries.
Responsibilities
Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard.
Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.
Tracks inquiries, questions and answers and provides resolution.
May perform clerical or administrative duties.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.
No experience required.
