About the position
The team behind longtime LA neighborhood staples like Superba Food + Bread, Pitfire Pizza and American Beauty is expanding our celebrated burger joint, The Win~Dow! Our first location on Rose in Venice quickly grew a cult following serving over 3,000 guests weekly. After making our mark in Venice, Silverlake, Long Beach, and Hollywood, we are excited to start serving the Santa Barbara neighborhood very soon! We are looking for BOH Shift Leads, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, & Dishwashers who are eager to be part of all the challenges and rewards of opening a restaurant. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Build positive relationships and create memorable experiences with guests
- Follow culinary standards and service protocols
- Participate in scratch kitchen operations
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a service team member in a quick service environment
- Scratch kitchen exposure strongly preferred
- Active Food Handler’s Certificate
