About the position

Capital Vacations is hiring an Outbound Marketing Agent for our Springfield Call Center. This position offers a set schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 5:30pm, with one Saturday per month required from 9:00am to 2:00pm. We are the fastest growing timeshare company in the country, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. New hires will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus along with an attendance bonus. Enjoy year-round work with no major holidays, providing a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests—NO COLD CALLING!
• Assist guests with inquiries about vacation properties and packages.
• Determine guest eligibility based on qualification standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional sales training to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• Customer Service or Sales Call Center experience (a plus!)
• A friendly, outgoing, and upbeat attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• Basic PC proficiency and a commitment to maintaining high call quality
• A fast learner eager to expand knowledge and skill sets
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must be able to pass a full background check.
