About the position

Capital Vacations is hiring! Join the fastest growing timeshare company in the country as an Outbound Marketing Agent. This position offers a set schedule with day shifts from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday per month from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Enjoy year-round work with no major holidays, providing a great work-life balance. As part of our team, you will sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests without cold calling, assist guests with inquiries about vacation properties and packages, and determine guest eligibility based on qualification standards. We provide paid training and an exceptional pay structure with uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

• Customer Service or Sales Call Center experience (a plus!)
• A friendly, outgoing, and upbeat attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• Basic PC proficiency and a commitment to maintaining high call quality
• A fast learner eager to expand knowledge and skill sets
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must be able to pass a full background check.
