About the position
Capital Vacations is hiring an Outbound Marketing Agent for their Call Center in Branson. This position offers a set schedule from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month required. The company is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team. New hires will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus and an attendance bonus. This is not a remote position, and employees can enjoy year-round work with a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests—NO COLD CALLING!
- Assist guests with inquiries about vacation properties and packages.
- Determine guest eligibility based on qualification standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional sales training to enhance your skills.
Requirements
- Customer Service or Sales Call Center experience (a plus!)
- A friendly, outgoing, and upbeat attitude
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Basic PC proficiency and a commitment to maintaining high call quality
- A fast learner eager to expand knowledge and skill sets
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Must be able to pass a full background check.
